3. International Shipping & Customs

• Global Reach: We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
• Duties & Taxes: For international orders, the customer is the “Importer of Record.” You are responsible for all local import duties, VAT, GST, or customs clearance fees required by your country.
• Delivery Times: While we aim for fast delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by local customs processing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Bags In Leather logo, 3D renders, and product photography, is our exclusive property. Any unauthorized use of our “Artisan” media will result in legal action.
